Triclosan (DP 300) is a highly effective broad-spectrum antibacterial agent, which has extensive killing and inhibiting effects on gram-positive and negative bacteria, live vaccines, yeast and viruses that cause infection or pathogenic bacteria, and is also effective against anti-ascomycetes and non-anti-ascomycetes. It has strong antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effects.

Polyvinylpyrrolidone VA64 is a water-soluble polymer resin, which is a white powder, odorless, and easily hygroscopic. It is soluble in water, ethanol, and anhydrous alcohols, and has good adhesion, moisture absorption, film-forming properties, and surface activity.

3-O-Ethyl-L-ascorbic acid possesses whitening and antioxidant properties, and is used as a tyrosinase inhibitor in cosmetics. DMDMH is easily soluble in water and can be added to the emulsion ingredients of creams or paints at room temperature. DMDMH has good compatibility with cationic, anionic and nonionic surfactants, emulsifiers and proteins and provides antimicrobial activity over long periods of time, over a wide pH and temperature range.  DMDMH can inhibit bacteria such as Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria, or be used to control the growth of yeast and mold.

Sodium citrate is an organic compound with white to colorless crystals in appearance. It has no taste, but has a refreshing, salty and spicy taste. It is stable at room temperature and in the air, slightly soluble in humid air, and weathering in hot air. It loses crystal water when heated to 150℃. It is easily soluble in water, soluble in glycerin, hardly soluble in alcohols and other organic solvents. It decomposes by overheating. It is slightly deliquescence in humid environment and slightly weathered in hot air. The pH value of the solution is about 8.
